Governing Documents

Current versions of the association’s dedicatory instruments filed in the Harris County real property records.

These documents are provided under Texas Property Code § 82.1142, which requires a condominium association of at least 60 units to make the current version of its dedicatory instruments filed in the county deed records available on an Internet website accessible to association members.

The copies below are provided for convenience. The recorded versions on file with the Harris County Clerk control in the event of any difference.
