Fees & Transfers

Fees the association charges to a unit seller or buyer in connection with the transfer of a unit.

Texas Property Code § 82.116 requires the association’s recorded management certificate to state the amount and description of any fee charged to a unit seller or buyer relating to a transfer of a property interest in a unit. The same information is listed here for convenience. If this page differs from the recorded management certificate, the recorded certificate controls.
